1. We are happy to exchange products within 7 days of receipt in the following cases:
     1.1 The wrong model, colour, or size was sent.
     1.2 The product packaging was opened before use on the delivery date.
     1.3 The product is defective, damaged, or unusable within 7 days of receipt due solely to a manufacturing defect.

2. The motor is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt.
     2.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending a product for a claim or exchange.

3. To request a claim or exchange, contact the administrator through your purchase channel or Earth Design Co., Ltd., 2044/13-14 New Phetchaburi Road, Bang Kapi, Huai Khwang, Bangkok 10310. Tel. 097-974-5924, Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00, for assistance.

4. Products submitted for a claim or exchange must be complete, unmodified, and free from damage caused by use. The original packaging and all documents must be included; otherwise the warranty is void.

* If inspection finds that the product does not meet the warranty conditions or does not have the reported defect, it will be returned to the customer.
* We do not accept product returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

5. Products not covered by the warranty include:
     - Productdamaged, dropped, cracked, broken, dented, burned, chipped, bent, water-damaged, or missing parts; the warranty is void
     - Productdamaged by accidents, animals, or natural disasters (such as power surges, lightning, floods, or fire)
     - Productcaused by misuse or improper storage, such as rust, oxidation, or water stains
